Born and raised in the shadow of the vibrant NYC, I earned my B.S in Dance with a focus on Exercise Science and Kinesiology at Indiana University. My time at the renowned DanceBody allowed me to contribute to the exhilarating world of dance cardio.
However, my journey was not without its challenges. Living with an autoimmune disease meant navigating a complex maze of eastern and western treatments, always in pursuit of a solution.
